Rights and Responsibilities for Design Upload
Design Upload
When you upload a design (photo, logo, text, etc.) to Impala Print Shop, you must own the rights to the design or have written permission from the rights holder. This includes trademarks, copyrighted images, and personality rights.
Designs we cannot accept:
- Trademarked logos, names and content.
- Pictures of sports teams, schools, universities, organizations, clubs, movies, books, games and bands.
- Characters from movies, books, series and TV shows.
- Famous people (also in original art).
- Viral content such as memes and YouTube videos.
- Images from search engines or other non-commercially approved sources.
Protection of Trademarks and Copyright
Examples of trademarked logos include Coca-Cola, Nike, Apple and McDonald's. We do not print any garments containing such logos without written permission from the rights holder.
Disclaimer for Uploaded Designers
By uploading a design to Impala Print Shop, you confirm that:
- The design does not infringe third party rights (copyright, trademark, personality right).
- You take full responsibility for any claims from third parties regarding infringement of these rights.
- Impala Print Shop is not held responsible for any legal claims arising from uploaded designs.
Actions in the event of Rights Infringement
If we discover that an uploaded design violates any applicable laws or regulations, we reserve the right to immediately remove the design without notice. We may also contact the rights holder to report the infringement.
