Online Designer - Important Information
Use of Online Designer
Our Online Designer is only intended to create illustrative previews and in some cases may not fully reflect how the final print will look on the selected garment. Be sure to check the width measurement in the preview, as this will be the actual print measurement. See our guide for more information.
Image quality and Resolution
For best results, we recommend that you upload logos and motifs in the highest possible resolution. We recommend 300 dpi but accept 150 dpi. Low resolution images can produce blurry print results. Our designer warns of low quality images but allows you to proceed at your own risk.
File Formats Accepted
Maximum file size: 50 MB
Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, SVG
For additional formats such as TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD - send them to info @ impalaprintshop.se with your order number in the subject line.
Print preview
We don't send separate proofs because you can review your design in three steps:
- In the Design Tool – Click the preview icon (eye) to see all pages.
- At Cart - See a preview when you add the garment.
- At Checkout – Review and edit the design before completing the order.
Background removal
If your design has an unwanted background, you can use the "Remove Background" function in the design tool or leave a note when ordering. We recommend using PNG or EPS files with a transparent background for best results.
Semi-Transparency
We cannot print designs with partially transparent parts. Make sure all colors are 100% coverage for best results.

Largest possible print size:
- Width: 14" (35.5 cm)
- Length: 19" (48.2 cm)
